Dennis, NJ – A fuel truck driver was injured after an accident between a fuel truck and school bus on Garden State Parkway on December 1, 2015. The accident occurred around 7:45 AM.
According to reports, a fuel truck and school bus crashed along Garden State Parkway, near Exit 17. The impact of the collision caused the fiel truck driver to become entrapped in the vehicles, and he had to be extricated by emergency personnel. The school bus had children on board at the time of the accident.
The fuel truck driver sustained serious injuries in the accident. He was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
No children were hospitalized after the accident.
The accident is currently under investigation as it is unclear how the collision occurred.
