Moultrie, GA – Rosario Pascual is in critical condition following a two-car collision in Moultrie on Wednesday, November 18th, 2015. The accident happened around 6:30 pm.
Juan Paschal was driving a 2001 Ford Ranger at the intersection of Gene McQueen Road and Highway 33 when he allegedly failed to yield at the intersection and was struck by a 2001 Dodge Ram, driven by 43-year-old Tyrone Youmus.
35-year-old Rosario was a passenger in the Ford and was ejected during the collision. She was taken to Archbold Memorial Hospital and is reported to be in critical condition.
Juan was taken to Colquitt Regional Medical Center. He has been charged with failure to yield after stopping at intersection.
