Moore County, NC – Several people sustained injuries when a tractor-trailer collided with a Moore County school bus on Friday, November 13th, 2015. The accident happened around 8:00 am.
A Moore County school bus has just picked up students on Roseland Road, near Sandpit Road when it was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer.
There were four student on board at the time of the collision.
Two students were taken to the hospital for observation by their parents, while the other two went on to school.
Both the driver of the school bus and 18-wheeler truck sustained minor injuries.
A passenger in the truck was taken to the hospital for treatment. Their name and condition have not been released.
Charges are expected to be filed against the driver of the truck. investigation is ongoing.
