West Palm Beach, FL – Eric Evrley and Cynthia Osborne were both injured in a suspected alcohol-related accident in West Palm Beach on Thursday, September 17th, 2015.
53-year-old Osborne was driving along at Australian Avenue and Worthington Road when she turned in front of a marked patrol car, driven by West Palm Police Officer 1st Class Eric Evrley.
Osborne and Evrley were both injured in the collision. neither were reported to have suffered life-threatening injuries.
Osborne faces charges of DUI and driving without a license.
Authorities continue to investigate. They have reason to believe the alcohol may have played a role in the collision.
