Moline, IL — 49-year-old Tammy Fuller, her 19-year-old son, and alleged drunk-driver Dan Sylvester were all injured in a head-on collision that happened in the 6500 block of Airport Road, just after midnight on Tuesday, November 10.
According to police, Sylvester was driving a 1984 Chevy pickup truck on Airport Road when he crossed the center line of traffic, colliding head-on with Fuller’s 2004 GMC Envoy.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating, and their accident reconstruction team is looking into the accident. At this time, they do believe alcohol was involved.
