Interior Alaska – Ronald E. Trujillo and Ernest E. Holt were injured when their tractor-trailers collided in Interior Alaska on Monday, November 2nd, 2015. The accident happened around 11:20 pm.
38-year-old Trujillo was drviing an 18-wheeler along Parks Highway near mile marker 289 when he allegedly failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The truck then collided with the southbound tractor-trailer ,driven by 52-year-old Holt.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital with reportedly non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities continue to investigate this incident.
