St. Charles County, MO — 21-year-old Dylan Honnoll was seriously injured in an accident with an 18-wheeler that occurred on Highway A in St. Charles County, Missouri on October 24, 2015.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Honnoll, who was driving a 2000 Chevrolet S-10, was allegedly heading east on Highway A when he ran into the the 18-wheeler, driven by 48-year-old Lance F. Jackson, who was attempting to make a right-hand turn from Mexico Road onto Highway A. As he did so, Honnoll hit the left rear side of the 18-wheeler.
Honnoll was seriously injured in the collision. Jackson was apparently not injured. Police are still investigating to find out if any other factors were involved in the collision, such as inattention, fail to yield to right of way, or speeding.
