Terrell, TX – Kelvin Stuart has died as a result of being struck by a truck on Friday, October 9,2015. The accident happened around 5:00 AM.
According to reports, Kelvin Stuart was struck by a truck when he was walking along the roadway of the 400 block of Airport Road just west of the railroad crossing. The truck that hit Stuart is reported to be a 2005 silver Dodge pickup.
Stuart sustained life-threatening injuries when he was air lifted to Parkland of Dallas where he later died.
Police are still looking for the driver who fled the scene of the accident.
It is unclear why Stuart was walking alongside the road at the time of the accident.
