Wilmington, NC – 2 people were injured when a car crashed into a daycare bus Monday morning in Wilmington, NC.
The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Dawson and 5th Streets. According to reports, Charline Allen, 26, was driving her car and ran a red light, then crashed into the daycare bus. Both Ms. Allen and the driver of the bus were injured. They were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Luckily, none of the 6 children on the bus at time of the accident were injured.
Ms. Allen face charges for a red light violation and driving with a revoked license.
