San Antonio, TX – Two unidentified drivers, one male and one female, were injured in a head-on collision Wednesday morning in San Antonio, TX.
The accident reportedly occurred on the 4900 block of FM 78. A man in his 30’s was driving and, for reasons unknown, veered into the opposite lane, crashing into a car in the opposite lane. The second car was driven by a woman in her 30’s. Both drivers sustained serious injuries and were taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center. Currently, each is said to be in stable condition.
Police have an ongoing investigation into the accident and believe that alcohol may have played a role. Given the time of the incident, it isn’t an unrealistic suspicion.
