Jacksonville, FL – Phillip Katzenberger is in critical condition after colliding with a concrete truck in Jacksonville on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015. The accident happened around 11:00 pm.
Katzenberger was in a Ford Fusion behind the concrete truck as both headed south in the outside lane of Interstate 95 when the accident happened. Allegedly, the concrete truck slower in preparation to turn, the Ford rear-ended the truck at that time.
Katzenberger is in critical condition following that accident.
53-year-old Arturo Viamontes was driving the concrete truck at the time of the accident.
There were no other injuries reported.
At this time there’s no mention of alcohol, weather, or excessive speed as contributing factors to the accident.
