Rozellville, WI — There was an accident on Highway M last month that left a man with critical injuries after his car collided nearly head-on with a garbage truck. This was south of Rozellville on Highway M. The man who was injured wasn’t named, but he was said to be 39 years old.
The police said that it was about 3:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon, July 27, 2015 when they were called to the scene of the accident.
They said that silver car driven by the 39-year old man had been driving south along Highway M that afternoon and was near the intersection with Maple Street when he was hit head-on by a large garbage truck headed north.
The impact sent the silver car off the highway and the garbage truck flipped onto its passenger side. The 39-year old man in the silver car was rushed to a hospital in critical condition and the 53-year old man driving the garbage truck was treated for less-serious injuries.
More details are being released later, we believe.
