Le Mars, Iowa – Tyler Kennett and Troy Recker were injured in Le Mars, Iowa after the pickup the were riding along in rolled on Thursday, August 20th, 2015.
Kennett was driving a 1995 Ford Ranger eastbound along Interstate 60 just before the accident. He allegedly made a right turn onto Marble Avenue before losing control of the vehicle. It rolled off the roadway and into a ditch.
Kennett flown by helicopter to Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City in serious condition.
Recker was taken by ambulance to Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars. His status is unknown.
The specifics leading up to the accident are unclear. This incident is still under investigation. There’s no word yet on if speed or distracted driving played any part.
