East Brunswick, NJ – Two were treated for injuries following a collision between two semi trucks in East Brunswick, New Jersey on Wednesday, August 12th, 2015. The specific time isn’t available, but the incident occurred on Wednesday evening.
Two were injured following the collision of two commercial trucks on the northbound New Jersey Turnpike in East Brunswick Township just south of Route 18. The semis then caught flame and the accident caused authorities to shut down all northbound lanes for a time.
Despite the breadth of the accident scene, only the drivers were injured, and their injuries appear to be fairly minor.
Fire Fighters made sure the fire hadn’t spread. We’ve seen no reports of injuries resulting from the fire.
