Steele County, MN — A worker with a construction crew was injured and taken to the hospital last month after he was involved in an accident on I-35. Not many details were released, but officials with the Minnesota State Patrol said they investigated the matter and confirmed that a construction worker had his foot run over.
The man, who was said to be 20 years old, was working in a construction zone somewhere in Steele County along I-35 that morning, Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
As he was working, a construction vehicle accidentally ran over his foot, which left the man with injuries. He had to be taken to a hospital, but it’s not clear how seriously he was hurt.
More investigation is expected.
