San Antonio, TX — There was an early-morning rollover accident today (Friday, July 31, 2015) that left a man with critical injuries and a woman with potential injuries as well. This happened along Loop 1604 at about 1:15 a.m. on Friday, they said, when a black four-door sedan lost control.
It looks like a man was driving the black car west along Loop 1604 with a woman as a passenger. He appears to have lost control of the car (for unknown reasons) near Gold Canyon Road and swerved, hitting the guardrail.
His car then spun out and flipped over, landing upside down after coming to a stop.
Paramedics were called and took the man to a hospital with critical injuries. The woman may have also been injured, but the news didn’t specify.
Right now, the police are looking into possible causes for the accident. Given the early-morning hour at which it happened, alcohol may have been a factor.
