Hodges, SC — There were several people injured this Wednesday (July 29, 2015) after a FedEx truck and two pickup trucks collided in an accident on Highway 25. This happened north of Hodges, police said, on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a witness who later talked to police, a FedEx truck was driving south along Highway 25 that afternoon when a green pickup truck with a trailer attached to it suddenly lost control.
The green truck, also driving south, swerved into the back right side of the FedEx truck and flipped over 2-3 times. Then, the trailer became detached from the green truck.
A grey truck that was also headed south on Highway 25 crashed into the back of the FedEx as well. All the vehicles involved sustained some major damage and several folks were taken to the hospital as a result. Right now, it’s not clear if any charges are being filed.
No names have been released either.
