Unfortunately, many people have a strong bias against motorcyclists, believing them to be reckless out on the road. These people are quick to blame them for accidents before knowing all of the facts. Whenever a motorcyclist is involved in an accident, gathering evidence to back up what happened is going to be incredibly important. I’ve seen parties responsible for accidents in the past completely fabricate stories in an attempt to shift the blame onto motorcyclists. That sort of thing shouldn’t be allowed to happen. In the end, it’s evidence that’s going to prove a case either way, so it’s important for that evidence to be gathered as quickly a possible.
