Topeka, KS — A woman was hospitalized following a car accident in Topeka, Kansas, on Thursday, July 16, 2015. The accident took place at the intersection of SE 29th Street and SE Indiana Avenue, around 8:15 in the morning.
Local reports say that a Ford Taurus headed west on 29th crashed into a Chevrolet Malibu headed north on Indiana. Some witnesses told police that it seems as if the driver of the Ford ran a red light.
The driver of the Ford suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Those inside the Chevrolet didn’t seem to be injured.
The accident is currently being investigated.
