Commentary
In any accident involving a motorcycle, the investigation afterwards is going to play a big role. People tend to have a pretty large bias against motorcyclist, and will typically blame them for accidents before hearing what’s actually happened. Unfortunately, this gives motorcyclists a bit of an uphill battle to fight anytime they’re involved in an accident. Evidence collected in an investigation can put any doubts to rest as to who the at-fault party is, so it’s importance really can’t be overstated.
