Love County, OK — There was an accident reported on Monday, June 15, 2015 that resulted in two teenagers being flown to a hospital with serious injuries. It happened along SH 32 in Love County, the news reports didn’t really give a more specific location.
They reported that on Monday, in the late morning hours, a pickup truck was headed west along SH 32 when the driver lost control for unknown reasons.
His truck swerved off the side of the highway and flipped into a ditch, causing the truck to crash at the bottom of a very deep ravine.
The driver of the truck was identified only as a 16-year old boy and he, along with his two female passengers, was airlifted via helicopter to a hospital. The girls were 14 and 7 years old and were also in very serious condition. The cause of the accident isn’t yet clear, but there is reportedly going to be some investigation.
Update: Allegedly, no seatbelts were being worn in the truck that morning.
