Anchorage, AK — There was an accident reported on Tuesday of last week, June 16, 2015 that left a truck driver with serious injuries. Eli Bos, of Wasilla was identified as the injured truck driver, Alaska State Troopers later reported. The accident in question happened at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
Bos was headed down Richardson Highway and was near mile marker 192 when his truck suddenly lost control and swerved to the side of the highway. His truck eventually over-corrected and went from the south to the northbound lanes, where it drove into a ditch and flipped over.
The accident left Bos with injuries and he had to be rescued from the crush truck cab so he could be transported to a hospital.
Right now, it’s not clear what caused the large truck to lose control that afternoon. At the time, Eli Bos was working for Carlile Trucking.
