Walterboro, SC — A man driving a tractor along a street in Walterboro this past Saturday morning (June 13, 2015) and was injured after it turned over in an accident. This happened around 8:30 a.m., the news said. The man had been driving the tractor along Gary Ct. with a bush hog attachment when the bush hog accidentally dropped off the road and into a ditch.
The tractor then lost its balance and flipped over into the ditch, landing in a shallow pool of water. The man driving the tractor was pinned underneath it and had to be rescued by the local fire department. His injuries were not serious, but he was taken to a hospital to be treated regardless.
They said he had second-degree burns on his legs and other moderate injuries.
