Does anyone have any information on how this accident happened? News outlets have talked a bit about what happened, but there are still a lot of unanswered questions. And the answers to those questions are what’s going to decide how this accident is handled. Where was the cyclist at the time? Was he in a crosswalk? Did a vehicle ignore a traffic sign/light? Was one of the individuals involved distracted? The answers to all of those questions are going to be important in determining who’s responsible for this. If anyone has any more information, I’d be interested in hearing it.
