KILLEEN, TX — Local Police officials have not yet released the name of the woman that was hurt while assisting an accident victim in Killeen, Texas on Monday, May 25th, 2015. Reports said that the accident happened shortly after 2:00 Monday morning.
Police said that an unidentified woman was hurt when she was hit by a passing vehicle on South Fort Hood Street. Authorities said that the woman was hit after she was assisting another woman that had been struck by a hit-and-run driver in front of Obok Restaurant & Club. The accident pinned the first victim under the car and pushed the Good Samaritan.
Both women were taken to Scott & White Hospital with unspecified injuries.
Local police are still trying to track down the driver of the first vehicle at this time.
