Commentary
While many accidents such as this one are caused by drivers who aren’t paying enough attention to the road ahead of them, not all of them are. Anytime an accident like this happens, in which the cause seems very clear, there still needs to be an investigation into the vehicles themselves, to make sure that a blown-out tire, or some type of mechanical defect didn’t cause the crash. Before those things can officially be ruled out, jumping to conclusions doesn’t do anyone much good.
