FRANKLIN COUNTY, WA — County Sheriff’s Officials named Jose Valdovionos-Chavez as one of people that was hurt in a single-vehicle accident that may have been alcohol related in Franklin County, Washington on Tuesday, April 28th, 2015. News out of the tri cities area said that the accident happened at about 10:50 Tuesday night.
20-year-old Jose Valdovinos-Chavez was hurt when the car he was a passenger in crashed on Hendrix Road. Police suspect that the vehicle was speeding when it left the road and crashed for reasons currently under investigation.
Valdovinos-Chavez was taken by EMS to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Jose Negrete, who is being investigated for the possibility of drunk driving in connection with the accident.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the cause of the crash at this time.
