MAGNA, UT — Three people have been hospitalized following an accident between two school buses that happened in Magna, Utah on Monday, April 20th, 2015. News reports out of Salt Lake City said that the accident happened around 3:30 Monday afternoon.
Three people were hurt when a school bus struck another school bus while driving in the westbound lanes of Interstate 80. Authorities have reason to believe that one of the school buses slowed for a cement truck that was turning when a second school bus struck it from the rear.
Three people, identified in the news only as females, were taken to the hosptial for treatment of minor injuries.
The Utah Highway patrol helped with the accident investigation.
