Commentary:
Considering the news is so void of details as to what happened in this accident, I’m wondering if anybody knows more than the media at this point. Were there crossing arms near the intersection where the accident happened? Did the crossing arms activate, or did they possibly malfunction? Did the train conductor sound the horn to signal to the victim? All these questions could put the fault in several different directions depending on what happened, so if anybody knows more than the news, I’d be happy to listen.
