Anytime I hear about an accident like this, I always have to wonder if it wasn’t the driver who was at fault, but something wrong with the truck itself. Often, when the load a truck is hauling is not properly secured, it can shift while the truck is on the road. This can sometimes cause the truck to roll over, depending on what exactly it is the truck is hauling, the speed of the truck, if there are any curves in the road, etc. If something like this is found to have been the cause of this accident, the next thing to look at would be who exactly was responsible for the loading of the truck. Many time, this isn’t something drivers handle themselves. If a third party were to have handled it, they may find themselves ultimately liable for the crash.
