Morgantown, PA — Police identified Colton Heffner as the man who was injured in an accident with a tractor-trailer in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, February 15, 2015. The accident happened on Route 23, near the intersection with Red School Road, around 10:30 in the morning.
According to local sources, Heffner was traveling along 23 when he crossed the road’s center line and crashed into an oncoming tractor-trailer. The accident trapped Heffner inside his vehicle and emergency workers had to cut him out.
The driver of the tractor-trailer suffered minor injuries. Police have not released the man’s name.
After the collision, the tractor-trailer crashed into two utility poles, which shut down power for more than 300 people in the area.
