San Antonio, TX — A man died in San Antonio, Texas, after his vehicle was hit by another on Sunday, November 30, 2014. The accident took place on West Southcross Blvd.
Adolfo Guerra was the name of the man who was killed. He was 65-years old.
Police investigating the crash say that the driver of the vehicle that crashed into Guerra was on his cell phone at the time of the accident. Currently, no charges have been filed against the driver.
Police are continuing to investigate.

Unfortunately, many people don’t understand that this has no direct bearing on any claim they may wish to file. Police handle the criminal side of the things, in case a law has been broken. However, even that does not obligate an at-fault party to make things right. The civil side of things is always the victim’s responsibility, and it’s up to them to get the ball rolling.
