Abilene, TX — One person was injured when he ran a red light and was hit by a city van in Abilene, Texas, on Monday, July 28, 2014. The accident took place at the intersection of Pine Street and 2nd Street.
The driver who ran the red light was treated for injuries at the scene of the accident, but wasn’t taken to a hospital. Authorities have said that he will be ticketed for running the red light.
The name’s of those involved were not released, and no other injuries were reported.
