Wednesday, August 7th 2013 —   Josh Martin, 30, was identified in reports as the driver of a vehicle that allegedly left its designated lane of travel and struck two other vehicles in Mason County, WV on Wednesday. Martin was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital  where he was admitted in critical condition and treated for unspecified injuries sustained in the accident. Wednesday, August 7th 2013 —   Thomas Alderink, 19, was identified in reports as the driver of a vehicle that was involved in an accident with another motorist that police suspect was impaired in Allendale, MI on Wednesday. He sustained serious injuries in the accident, but no information with regards to the nature of those injuries was available. Monday, August 5th 2013 —   Jesus Sauceda was identified in reports as the driver of a cement truck that was involved in a fatal accident with a pickup truck in Harris County, TX on Monday. Reports state that the driver of the pickup truck possibly failed to yield to the cement truck, and the two were involved in an accident at the intersection of FM 1942 and Bohemian Hall Rd. Monday, August 5th 2013 —   An unidentified woman was airlifted to the hospital after being involved in a two vehicle accident between a pickup truck and a cement truck in Harris County, TX on Monday. Wednesday, August 7th 2013 —   An unidentified 1-year-old child was taken to Riley Hospital for Children after he and another unidentified child got into a golf car that had the keys in the ignition at the State Fair of Indiana in Indianapolis. Tuesday, August 6th 2013 —   Randy Atteberry, 52, was identified in reports as the worker injured when the tank he was working on exploded on Tuesday in Springfield, MO. Haas was identified in reports as a passenger in a of a Pontiac Grand Am that was involved in a two-vehicle accident with a Ford Taurus in Bunker Hill, IL on Monday. Haas was extricated from the wreckage of the Pontiac, but it was not clear the nature or severity of the injuries she sustained, nor where she was taken for treatment of those injuries.
