Monday, July 29th 2013 —   Arthur Knudsen, 79, was identified in reports as the driver of one of the vehicles that was involved in a two-vehicle accident in La Grange, NY on Monday. Knudsen was transported to an undisclosed hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident. Monday, July 29th 2013 — Judith Feldman, 60, was taken to Westchester Medical Center by helicopter after she was found lying unconscious in the intersection of Bridge St. and River St. in Callicoon, NY on Monday. Wednesday, July 31st 2013 —   Kevin McClain, 51, was identified in reports as the bicyclist that was allegedly struck by an SUV in Platka, FL on Wednesday. Wednesday, July 31st 2013 —   Segoviano Rodriguez, 23, was identified in reports as the man who was trapped in a grain bin at the Heartland Co-op in Slater, IA on Wednesday. Wednesday, July 31st 2013 —   A Pontiac Grand Prix was involved in an accident with an airport taxi in Boone County, IN on Wednesday that left a total of three people with some degree of injury. The initial accident spread debris across the road and forced a Dodge van to then impact the disabled taxi. Wednesday, July 31st 2013 —   Christina Dawn Wheeler, 41, was identified in reports as a passenger in a semi-truck that was hauling soy milk when it, for reasons not yet known, came off the roadway and overturned on Wednesday in Clifton Forge, VA. Wednesday, July 31st 2013 —   Richard Thomas Burket, 49, was identified in reports as the driver of a 2012 Volvo semi-truck that was appearently the only vehicle involved in a rollover accident in Clifton Forge, VA on Wednesday. Wednesday, July 31st 2013 —   An elderly woman, identified in reports as Eleanor Alexander, was rescued after being missing from an undisclosed care facility in Atlanta, GA since Sunday. Monday, July 22nd 2013 —   Ronald Cook, 64, was identified in reports as the driver of a semi-truck that was invovled in an accident with a Chevrolet Impala on Monday in Columbus, NE. Monday, July 22nd 2013 —   Berika Tahiro, 32, was identified in reports as a passenger in a Chevrolet Impala that was involved in an accident with a semi-truck on Monday in Columbus, NE.
