Wednesday, June 26th 2013–   Jennifer Howard, 40, was confirmed in reports as a passenger in a van that was involved in an accident with a New York Department of Transportation dump truck on Wednesday in Smithfield, NY. She was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment of leg injuries sustained in the accident. Wednesday, June 26th 2013–   Austin R. Mullen, 43, was identified in reports as the driver of a van that was involved in an accident with a New York Department of Transportation dump truck on Wednesday. Mullen was airlifted by Mercy Flight to Upstate Medical Center where he was reportedly admitted in critical condition, though the hospital did not confirm that. Sunday, June 30th 2013–   Four members of the Brandt family of Garden City, MN were taken to an unspecified hospital for treatment of likewise unspecified injuries after a three-vehicle accident in Garden City, MN on Sunday. Chad, 32, Shawna, age unavailable, Bentley, 3, and Brynn, 2, were all noted in accident reports as having had sustained some degree of injury in the accident. Sunday, June 30th 2013–   Dean Ikier, 77, was identified in reports as the driver of the SUV that was involved in an accident in Garden City, MN on Sunday. Ikier reportedly sustained non-life-threatening injuries of an unspecified nature in the accident. Saturday, June 29th 2013–   Two victims of a hit-and-run driver, who were not identified in reports, were taken to an unspecified hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained when they were both allegedly hit by a 14-year-old driver. Sunday, June 30th 2013–   All three occupants of a Honda SUV, identified in reports as Lynne, Alison and Emma Wright, were all seriously injured when a possible blown tire caused their SUV to flip over of Sunday in Diamond Lake, OR. Saturday, June 29th 2013–  Rell Baty, 30, was identified in reports as being the driver of a Pontiac that came off the roadway, rolled over and came to a stop in a ditch in Selma, OR on Friday. Baty was ejected from the vehicle in the accident, but it is unclear if his passenger was also ejected. Baty was flown by Mercy Flights helicopter to Rogue Regional Medical Center where he was admitted in critical condition. Saturday, June 29th 2013–   Stranger Davis, 27, was the passenger in a Pontiac car that, for reasons yet unknown, left the roadway and rolled, throwing both occupants from the vehicle. Davis was transported by ambulance to Three Rivers Community Hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained in the accident.
