Monday, July 29th 2013 —   An unidentified 4-year-old child was reportedly injured in a single-vehicle accident in McCurtain County, OK on Monday that also injured three other teenage occupants of the vehicle. Monday, July 29th 2013 —   Local news reports say that a total of seven people, none of whom have been identified, from two vehicles were taken to area hospitals after both vehicles were involved in a head-on accident in Troy, TX on Monday. Tuesday, July 30th 2013 —   Three children and the driver of a vehicle that crashed into a daycare facility in Kansas City, MO were all reportedly injured in the accident on Tuesday. Monday, July 29th 2013 —   Tiffany Ortone, 23, sustained unspecified non life-threatening injuries in a single-vehicle rollover accident in Woodstock, GA on Monday. Wednesday, July 24th 2013 —   Cheryl Pitts was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN after she was partially crushed by an estimated 3,000 pounds of cans at a Par-Kan facility in Silver Lake, IN on Wednesday. Tuesday, July 23rd 2013 Thursday, July 25th 2013 —   Brendan Hasse, 9, was at the Jackson County Fair in Central Point, OR on Thursday when a ride called “The Zipper” malfunctioned and sent shrapnel flying at the boy. Tuesday, July 30th 2013 —   Jason Dunn was identified in reports as the driver of a dump truck that flipped over and caught on fire in Fitchburg, MA on Tuesday. Dunn was taken to HealthAlliance Hospital for treatment of neck and back pain. Tuesday, July 30th 2013 —   Tom Landine was identified in reports as one of two workers injured when a dump truck overturned at a work site in Fitchburg, MA on Tuesday. Sunday, July 28th 2013 —   Michael Butram, 53, was identified in reports as one of four occupants of a single-engine Piper Cherokee that went down in Romney, IN on Sunday. It was unclear from initial reports who was the pilot of the craft at the time of the accident. Sunday, July 28th 2013 —   Shannon Gipson, 39, Keegan Gipson, 7, and Rowan Gipson, 5, were all identified in reports as three of the four people injured in a plane crash in Romney, IN on Sunday.
