Ste. Genevieve County, MO – Six people were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Ste. Genevieve County on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2015. The accident happened just before 5:30 pm.
According to the police report, 18-year-old Nathan Crump was driving a 2008 Dodge Avenger northbound along Route D just south of Smith Road when it attempted to have a left-hand turn. The Dodge pulled into the path of a southbound 2006 Ford Focus driven by 19-year-old Bret Chapman resulting in the collision.
Crump and passenger, 15-year-old Britney Parker, were taken to Parkland Health Center with moderate injuries.
Chapman suffered serious injuries. Passengers 18-year-old Ricky Adams, 19-year-old Jacob Boyd, and 18-year-old Gavon McAllister all incurred moderate injuries in the collision.
Investigation is ongoing.
