Commentary:
We’re missing a lot of information about this accident. We’re not sure if there was another vehicle involved, if a tire blew, or what really happened. Depending on those details, it could impact who would be held responsible for this accident.
School bus accidents work differently than a regular car accident. For one, there are insurance limits on how much money can be given out per accident, and specific limits on how much an individual person can receive. The new sources seem to think that any injuries sustained here were relatively minor. But sometimes that don’t have all the details.
It will be interesting to see what happens after this incident is investigated. People deserve to know what really happened here.
