Newark, TX – Shortly after 2 a.m. this past Friday, an 11 Year-Old Boy was injured when a fire broke out his family’s mobile home.
The mobile home was completely destroyed. According to reports, the injured boy was air-lifted to Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Authorities say the boy suffered burns to 35 percent of his body. The last reports, as of 5 p.m. Friday indicated that the boy’s condition was improving.
