Barnesville, MN — There was an accident reported at the Flour Box Bakery in Barnesville earlier in July that left one man with serious burn injuries. The man was later identified as one of the owners of the bakery, 39-year old Jamie Tate.
According to the news reports, Tate was working at the Flour Box Bakery on Sunday (July 12, 2015) and was truing to light one of the store’s ovens when an accident happened. Something ignited or caught fire – the police aren’t sure – and accidentally burned Mr. Tate very badly.
He was rushed to a hospital in Fargo to be treated, but it’s not clear how he’s doing now. The accident is still under investigation.
