Portland, OR — Earlier this week, there was an accident that happened early Monday morning involving a Maserati. Police in Portland said that the driver of the sports car lost control and crashed just after midnight on Monday, February 16, killing his passenger.
The passenger in the Maserati who died wasn’t named, but the news reports identified as a man. They said that the car was headed along Jennings Avenue at about 12:05 a.m. Monday morning when the driver lost control just north of Oatfield Road.
The car swerved off the side of the road and crashed, trapping both the driver and the passenger. When officers arrived, they said that the passenger in the car was dead and that the driver may have been under the influence.
There’s not been much information about this accident released so far, but more investigation was expected.
