Manhattan, NY — Police believe that drugs may have been involved in an accident with a double-decker tour bus in Times Square on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Officials say that William Dalambert, the driver of the Gray Line tour bus involved, has been placed under arrest.
Dalambert was driving the tour bus that crashed into another double-decker, injuring 14 people. The collision brought down a metal pole holding up a traffic light. None of the injuries are reported to be life-threatening.
The names of those involved have not been released, and there’s been statement made by Gray Line. The accident is currently being investigated, and police are working to discover whether or not a prescription or illegal substance was involved.
