Corpus Christi, TX — A man was hospitalized after being struck by a car early on the morning of Friday, July 25, 2014, in Corpus Christi, Texas. The accident took place on the Crosstown Expressway, around three in the morning.
According to reports, the man had been involved in a previous accident and had gotten out of his vehicle to inspect the damage. While out, he was hit by a third vehicle. The man was taken to Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital. While he’s expected to recovery from his injuries, there’s been no word on his current condition.
Local authorities are still investigating, as the cause of the initial accident is unclear at this time.
