Livermore Falls, TX — Jeremy Tillson has been identified as the truck driver who was injured in an accident with a Pan Am Railways train in Livermore Falls, Maine, on Wednesday, July 23, 2014.
Tillson was crossing the railroad tracks on Main Street when the accident occurred. He told authorities that he didn’t hear or see the train coming toward him until it was too late.
The collision pushed the truck onto its side, spilling a load of wood pulp onto the road.
Emergency workers transported Tillson to Franklin Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police cited him for failure to obey a railroad warning device.
