Commentary:
Texas has some of the strongest liquor liability laws available to its citizens, and accidents just like this one are the reason why. If the driver in this accident left a bar where she was over served, meaning, she was not cut off by a server or bartender once she exhibited signs of intoxication, or she exhibited signs of intoxication when she walked in and was served anyways. If this turns out to be the case, the establishment that failed to lawfully serve their customer can and should be held accountable for their part in this accident.
