Arkansas authorities in Rector AR stated that 17-year old Tanner Murray was injured when his SUV was involved in a collision with a tractor. Police said that Murray was headed south along Highway 49 and was attempting to pass a semi-truck and a tractor when his SUV struck the tractor.

The initial collision caused Murrays SUV to enter a ditch and overturn causing serious bodily injury to Murray. After the accident Murray was taken to a local hospital and medical officials said that he suffered bleeding in his head. He was reportedly not in a life-threatening state. The truck driver Bill Martin was not hurt in the wreck. The accident happened on June 30 2012
