When a product manufacturer releases a product that can pose a danger to its users that manufacturer can be held liable for an accident causing injury. Its fortunate that this manufacturer is taking responsibility for their product before future incidents might occur. We hope that those who have purchased these cribs have been informed about the safety risks and will discontinue using these cribs in order to prevent further incidents from occurring.
