With the recent fatal accident involving a jogger on the Katy Trail in Dallas ensuring public safety while at a public park is becoming more and more of a pressing issue for governmental leaders. While accidents occur there are likely certain guidelines or other safety measures that could be enforced so as to ensure future accidents have a lesser likelihood of occurring. When accidents do occur the people that have suffered injuries may have merit into looking into their legal options for receiving compensation for their sustained injuries. If they desire to do so they can contact their family attorney to further inquire about any possible legal options that might have arisen from their personal injury accident.
