Grafton, WI — A teenager was injured in an accident involving an alleged drunk driver in Grafton, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. The accident took place at the intersection of North Street and 8th Avenue, around 3:00 in the afternoon.
The driver involved in the accident was identified as 44-year-old John Raymond. The teen involved in the accident, identified only as a 13-year-old, crashed into the side of Raymond’s vehicle. The teen was bleeding from his head following the accident and was taken to a local hospital.
Police performed a breathalyzer test and Raymond blew a 0.14. The legal limit is 0.08.
Reports say that Raymond had his 12-year old daughter with him inside the vehicle at the time. Police are continuing to investigate.
